VACUUM
FORMING
For large plastic parts the most economically viable way to go is with vacuum forming.
From small to as large as 900mmX1900mm products can be formed.
The process uses flat plastic sheeting to thermoform over a mould. Materials used are typically, ABS, HIPS, Acrylics, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, and PETG.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN & CAD WORK
Modern fabrication cannot go without CAD, and we are on board. It is essential in the prototyping and R&D phase of product creation and we support a wide range of CAD packages. Our team of industrial designers & creatives work closely with you to develop purpose-built solutions.
From concept drawing to 3D renderings, we help you visualise these solutions.

SILICONE MOULD MAKING & URETHANE CASTING
Field test your product with this versatile and unconventional process to create complex components out of various composites.
Our highly skilled team has years of experience creating a vast variety of objects in all shapes, sizes and textures.
High Quantities make use of our RIM (Rapid Injection Moulding) Casting Machine.
LASER CUTTING
We use laser cutting on plastics, wood and metal as part of our repertoire. Our machine is capable of cutting up to 25mm thick acrylics.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Vinyl print and plotting is used to enhance your product and brand. It’s is a great addition to our arsenal of services.

Processes include heat bending, converting & finishing.
CNC MACHINING & 3D PRINTING
We machine our own tools for applications such as vacuum forming, general machining and precision engineering.
3D Printing has become an integral process of design and development of new products and prototypes.
